Jewelry Requests for Exchanges
If you return an item within sixty days of the purchase date, we will happily refund you in the same form of payment that you used originally.
↪ Kindly be informed that we are unable to provide returns for items that have been altered or modified in any way, including custom-engraved jewelry.
Please accompany your exchange request with a note explaining the issue and the action you would like us to take, such as an exchange or refund.
↪ Please understand that the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
On the bright side, if you wish to exchange your item for one of the same dollar value as your original purchase, there will be no additional charges for shipping or handling.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your item.
Within a specific number of days, you will see a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment or your credit card.
In case your refund is late or missing:
If you haven't received your refund yet, we kindly ask you to first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund appears officially.
Please also contact your bank, as they may require some processing time before the refund can be posted.
