Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on engraved jewelry items (excluding rings) or diamonds purchased through Thenetjeweler. However, if you need to return an engraved ring, we'll gladly give you credit but we won't be able to refund the engraving fee. We're happy to remove the engraving for free and won't charge you for any additional engraving. Finally, please note that special orders are final sales.
